Clean Slate is reappointed after competitive process to deliver integrated support for Stonewater customers’ money, welfare, employment and debt needs.
Clean Slate Training & Employment CIC is proud to announce our reappointment as the delivery partner for social housing provider Stonewater’s refreshed Financial Wellbeing Service. The programme is supported by continued funding from the Longleigh Foundation.
Following a competitive tendering process, Clean Slate’s reappointment recognises their strong track record of delivering results, building trust with customers and developing services rooted in real-world experience.
Building on a successful four-year partnership, the new service expands Clean Slate’s successful 1:1 money guidance model to meet growing needs with even more comprehensive, joined-up support. Now, in one place, Stonewater customers can access:
- Money guidance
- Employment support
- Benefits advice
- And for the first time, FCA-accredited debt advice in partnership with Community Money Advice (CMA).
Emmie Jenkins Hill, Head of Programmes at Clean Slate, says, “Drawing on over four years of data and feedback from both Stonewater staff and customers, we’ve gained valuable insight into what works best, what people need most, and how they most effectively engage with our services. Together, we’ll deliver a seamless, supportive, and impactful programme designed to help people build financial resilience and become better off.”
In the last year alone, Clean Slate helped secure nearly £14,000 in additional monthly income for Stonewater customers, through benefits gains, budgeting support, and reduced costs.
As one customer shared:
“I cleared some of my debts, started talking to my housing association, and Eon Next are looking into my account and have put my debts on hold for three months. I’m really singing praises to Clean Slate… I’m not scared anymore, thank you!”
